Community Blood Drives

Organize a Blood Drive for Your Business, Organization, or School!

Since blood is a vital resource that requires constant replenishment, the Regional Medical Center depends on the active participation of community members and organizations to meet the blood needs of patients.

Each blood donation can help save up to three lives. Blood can be donated every eight weeks. Most medications are acceptable such as blood pressure and cholesterol medications. Diabetics, who are non-insulin dependent, are also eligible to donate.

All blood collected at the Regional Medical Center's Blood Donor Center and on the RMC Bloodmobile stays in the community.
