Visitation Policy
Updated Visitation Policy (Effective Date: October 17, 2022)
- Visitors are not permitted in a COVID patient’s room
- Visitors will be asked COVID-related screening questions
- Visiting Hours are 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. daily
- All visitors must be at least 18 years of age
- Patients are allowed two (2) visitors at a time. These individuals may be relieved by additional visitors, but ONLY TWO people are allowed in a patient’s room at any given time.
- Visits of more than two people to an end-of-life patient will be allowed if approved by the treating physician and the Administrator on Call (AOC).
Emergency Department:
- Patients are allowed one (1) visitor. EXCEPTION: Pediatric patients may have two family members, usually primary legal guardians, accompanying them while in the care of the Emergency Department
Her Place/Labor and Delivery:
- Patients may have two (2) visitors during labor. These individuals cannot be relieved by other visitors, only two (2) visitors for the day.
Masking
- All physicians, employees, visitors, and incoming patients arriving for care, testing, or moving through the facility are required to wear a facemask while on the Regional Medical Center campus or in a physician’s office.
