Any individual who has concerns about patient care and safety in the hospital, that the hospital has not addressed, is encouraged to contact the hospital's management by phone at 803-395-2200 and ask for the Administrator on call or 803-395-2430 and ask for Customer Service or by letter at 3000 St. Matthews Road, Orangeburg, SC 29118. If the concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital, the individual is encouraged to contact The Joint Commission.
