| Description: | The volunteer services department of Regional Medical Center was established in 1970 to offer an extra dimension of care and service to patients, their families and visitors, as well as to provide supportive services for the facility’s staff. Regional Medical Center's Auxiliary, which includes adult and junior volunteers (teens to seniors), represents a large cross section of the community. |
