The Rehab Team
Our program consists of rehabilitation in an inpatient setting with comprehensive services, including:
- Rehabilitation Medicine
- Rehabilitation Nursing
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Speech Therapy
- Social Work
- Spiritual Services
The rehab team uses a holistic approach to treatment in order to maximize recovery while addressing the psychosocial effects of illness and disability. Over the course of the patient's treatment, the Medical Director and rehabilitation team communicate regularly with the referring physician to enhance continuity of care.
We believe in keeping referring individuals informed of their patient’s progress during rehabilitation. Written summaries of team conferences and detailed outcomes reports are available on request. |  |
