Online Baby Nursery
To better meet the needs of our patients, the Regional Medical Center offers parents of newborns the option to have their baby's photo placed on “Our365,” the Regional Medical Center’s newborn photography provider. This service is offered through our Newborn Nursery. Parents may decide whether or not they would like to post their child's photo on the secured Web site, “Our365,” as another communication option to announce the arrival of their new baby to family and friends.
Please note:
- Children born at the Regional Medical Center are not automatically posted to the Net Nursery — only those newborns whose parents have signed a consent form with our Newborn Nursery will appear on the internet. The consent form and information on baby photography will be included in a packet given to the baby’s mother during their stay on Her Place.
- For security purposes and/or to protect the privacy of parents and the new baby, the baby will be identified on the internet by first name and last initial.
- Through this baby photography service, parents will be offered the opportunity to purchase their baby’s photography through the “Our365 Club.” Purchase is not necessary to announce your baby’s arrival (photo and name) on the internet; however, the parent/legal guardian must give consent.
- A baby's photo will be retained on “Our365 Club” for 120 days; however, parents may “opt” out or remove themselves from the “Our365 Club” at any time.
- The Regional Medical Center does not maintain copies of the photos posted to “Our365.”
