Learn How Reading Food Labels Can Help Prevent Heart Disease
In recognition of American Heart Month, the Regional Medical Center is offering a free presentation to help you make sense of the nutrition facts found on food labels. A Regional Medical Center nutritionist will lead a tour and discuss food labels at Reid’s Grocery Store on Chestnut Street in Orangeburg (next to K-Mart) on Tuesday, February 17, from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.; pre-registration is required.
