 I am proud to announce that the Regional Medical Center (RMC) has received the national 2010 Thomson Reuters Healthcare Advantage Award for clinical performance and significantly improving the quality of healthcare delivered to patients. This is a tremendous accomplishment, and it exemplifies our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement in quality patient care.
I encourage you to review this website, view our Virtual Tour and Quality of Life videos (yellow buttons at the top of our homepage), and learn more about how your hospital is impacting our community. A recent addition to our website homepage are the HealthAware risk assessments. Take one of the online surveys to find out if you are at risk for heart or vascular disease, diabetes, breast cancer, prostate cancer, colorectal cancer, joint or spine problems, or sleep disorders. If you are at risk, an RMC staff member will contact you and arrange for follow up.
We recently adopted a new Mission Statement: “To deliver high quality, compassionate care to everyone we touch every day.” It is our privilege to live that mission.
