| West Joins RMC Board of Trustees |

 | Leroy West, of Orangeburg, recently was appointed by Orangeburg County Council to serve on the Board of Trustees of the Regional Medical Center.
A Santee native, West joined the staff of Ford of Orangeburg in February 2010 as a sales consultant. He has more than 20 years of experience in management and has served in leadership roles in the manufacturing industry.
Previously he served five years as production manager at Soy Products International Inc. in Columbia, 12 as department manager at Velcorex Inc. of Orangeburg and some 13 years as shift manager at Greenwood Mills of Orangeburg.
A graduate of Roberts High School in Holly Hill, he attended Denmark Technical College.
West is a member and an usher at Unity Baptist Church in Eutawville. An avid golfer, he enjoys fishing and attending football games, also.
He and his wife, Rosena, have two children, April and Travis, and three grandchildren. |
