Contacting the Regional Medical Center
The Regional Medical Center (RMC) welcomes your e-mail. It will be received by Regional Choices, RMC’s referral system. Patient issues and/or comments relating to specific departments will be forwarded to the appropriate department manager for response.
In addition, please tell us what you think about our web site, facility, equipment or services. If you provide us with your contact information, we will be able to reach you in case we have any questions.

Any individual who has concerns about patient care and safety in the hospital, that the hospital has not addressed, is encouraged to contact the hospital's management by phone at 803-395-2200 and ask for the Administrator on call or 803-395-2430 and ask for Customer Service or by letter at 3000 St. Matthews Road, Orangeburg, SC 29118. If the concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital, the individual is encouraged to contact The Joint Commission.
The public may contact The Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring either by calling 1-800-994-6610 or by email at complaint@jointcommission.org.
The Joint Commission also has a new unannounced survey process beginning January 1, 2006. Any individual wishing to set up an interview with the surveyors should contact The Joint Commission at 1-800-994-6610.
